This prize was awarded at the end of the \u201cHospital and Technological Innovation, the model of imaging studies\u201d symposium, organized for the bicentennary of the Lyon Hospices Civils\u2019 creation. This prize represents the most important endowment for surgical research worldwide. It honors the IRCAD\u2019s achievements and it is promising for the future.<\/p>\n<p>In 2002, the Bullukian Foundation decided to create a prize for surgical research, the Bullukian Foundation Award, granted bi-anually.
