David Sixela, Roger Mizero, and Aimable Muzuri have just arrived in Strasbourg to complete their training begun in Kigali in 2018 and to conduct several application projects with the R&D team of IRCAD\/IHU, run by Alexandre Hostettler.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The three Rwandan engineers will spend one month at IRCAD France, for a complete immersion within the R&D department of IRCAD\/IHU, where they have already joined its team members.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Supervised by the Development Director, Flavien Bridault, and the Research Director, Toby Collins, they will focus on the following topics: Deep learning training, How to read a scientific paper, Sight training (Framework by the R&D team of IRCAD\/IHU), application projects, and participation in an operating room experimentation with Ms.\u00a0Seeliger.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
They work daily under the supervision of Caroline Trompf, Didier Weckmann, and Luis Mendoza.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
